I would start first with the most important essay- Career Goal. Another essay that is good to get you starting to think about your choices, motivations, and achievements, (even if you are not applying to this school) is the Stanford essay- What matters most to you, and why?
Don't worry, at this early stage, about making the essays perfect. Just put whatever thoughts you have down, then refine them. If you find yourself hitting a wall, then start another essay and get your thoughts down for that first.
This is the brainstorming stage, not completion stage This process will also help you understand which schools may be good fits for you (culture wise and career wise).
