Hello, all admits, I am not very familiar with MBA application but seeing so many great offers here I think it's always good to ask:
#1. Top 10 MBA B-school admits students as early as now? What's the usual deadline for appli and news-coming month?
#2. GRE is not accepted?
#3. My impression is that: you have good scores, good schools to from better from a US one, good working exps in any field but has to be a good company better in Consulting or IBanking, then you got it! What makes you particular different from those being rejected? No offence, I know MBA admits many many students than almost any other majors.

Still, I believe it's definitely good to be there. I wish someday I make it too!

Thanks for your reply in advance!

What makes you better is not your past- although that can give an indication of how successful you could be- but your potential for the future.

At Wharton we generally believe that self-aware, mature individuals have a greater chance of finding success in the future. Sometimes that is correlated with the factors you've mentioned. But not always.

We look out for this in the way you write your essays, in the way you conduct your interviews, in what your recommenders say about you, even in what you choose to put (and choose not to put) on your resume.

yep, I am recently searching for PhD admissions in Finance and Economics and the situation couldn't be worse and student's profile couldn't be stronger. I think as you said, if someone really work hard, at school or at work, shows a pattern for success, she/he will eventually beat into any one of those good MBA programs and this is good because it equally gives a dreamcoming exp.  to everyone. Also, I think MBA is very suitble for those 3-4ys-career people to move on unless she/he is very good at what she/he is doing now and rich enough. Anyway, this open up question means little for practical purposes, but thanks for your note.

Actually I said the opposite. A pattern of past success is not necessarily an indicator of future success.
