According to Rose Martinelli's blog, "... And on December 16th we’ll be ready to announce decisions. Of course, in Chicago tradition we’ll make every effort to call each and every admit personally to welcome you to the community we’re so proud of. "
Usually the calls are made the day before they announce decisions, this year being December 15th. On other forums I have read about candidates not receiving the call but being admitted; however, there are only a few cases like that.
I am also on the same boat ... waiting anxiously.

他们会考虑时差所以不会太晚打电话（去年被入取但是没有接到电话的好像有几个就是国际学生）。但是大部分国际学生接到电话了（my sample is small, so don't take it for granted).
