隔夜面筋MSF----CASE 有需要的同学可参考

是周五晚10：35左右接到的电话，hanson 面的，整个过程很紧凑，大概20分钟左右，互动还行。提醒是，即将面的同学多研究下自己简历，面试时他手里只有你的简历，会根据简历提问题。

题目总体没变，总结了下前面的面筋，希望有帮助：

1,why case, why weatherhead,why msf，why this time?

2, what are your hobbies? How to spend your spare time3, short-long term goal  

4, leadership experience

5,team work    

6,internship学到什么  你对自己在intern中尽力怎么评价

7,有什么课程特感兴趣的
8,contribute to weatherhead(your strengths)/
9.How to manage your time?
10, Job hunting strategy? Hunting strategies for the internship opportunities? Stays in U.S.or go back to China?
11,
International students may be shy or dare not to speak when studying together with MBA students, who have more working experiences. Do you think you can come over this problem and what can you contribute to the discussion?
12, Have you come across any conflict or problems when doing a project with others? How did you solve it?

13, qualities for a good leader;

14, how do you define a successful teamwork?

实际面的过程中，我被问到的还有：

1，你觉得在留学时会遇到的最大挑战是什么

2，如果不做FINANCE的工作你会做什么（这个我当时就说了个别的，回宿舍后，高人指点说应该要说“俺压根没想过别的，除了金融什么都不不干”，这个不好说，大家自己把握）

3，最后的问题是“有什么问题是你希望被问到的？”，这个比较囧，我就说了LEADERSHIP的问题。

总结：

他果然一直说GREAT,GREAT，可能是模式化了。大概1.31左右出结果，同学们耐心等待吧。

PS：宿舍没固定电话，手机怕出岔子，就在老师办公室接的电话，由于太晚差点被看楼的大爷赶出去，诶，好事多磨。大家加油。
