逻辑上都可以吧，不补出怎么知道是比较那个
但不是说介词比较诸位不用补出吗？到底用不用补？

因为比的是rise这个动作,用less修饰恰当~需要补出they did的~

纠结的地方在于为什么要补they are,我觉得它在比不同的年份。。也就是介词短语

不是补they are 哦~~补得是they did(rose)
因为比的是状态,就是止于sep.时的1年的增长率,与上一年同期的增长率,腔调的是rise,而不是状语~~

可是我觉得这里强调的就是两个不同年份的比较呀？？

这当然是对比的2个年份的阿，否则何来对比呢？

那如果对不得是两个年份，则比较的事那2个介词，为什么还要将主谓补出？
