一道上次考的AA新题---房价问题与投资 (求思路)

上次考到的新题,拿到之后 没有思路,写得我乱七八爪.... 发上来,看看各位有什么思路驳...谢谢大家阿...我只能说出一个将来和现在的问题,其它的觉得牵强,各位牛牛们帮忙看看吧?

But average stock prices in the national stock market have actually declined over the same period. So homeowners have seen an increase in value for their housing investment during the last five years that far exceeds what they could have made by investing in the stock market. Our city’s resident can surely achieve a similar profit over the next five years. Furthermore, if residents invest in a home, they can enjoy the use of the home while its value increases, whereas money invested in stocks would not contribute to their quality of life in the same way that owning a home would. Therefore, all the residents of our city should invest their money in a home.

1、过去事实不等于将来的趋势
2、作者只比较了房产和证券，太片面，实际还有其他可选项。
3、hasty generalization， 即使房产收益高，每个人的投资需求不同。房产流动性差；投资门槛（需要的最少金额）高，尤其是经过前5年的涨价。证券则相反。
4、作者说last five years 是our region的房子升值能力高，不等于our city.
