2006年10月8日口语第5题

In the dialogue, the man talks about the problem about an emergency that he forget to bring his class schedule and has no idea which class should go. And the woman gives him the following suggestions.
First of all, he should go to computer lab to check his schedule from personal account. Secondly, he should search each classroom in this building and ask professor if he should be in his/her class. But this is not a practical method since there are so many classrooms in this building.
I think the man should check his schedule in computer lab because it is the most efficiency way to solve the problem. First, the lab is just in this building. Second, even if the lab is full, he can talk to the person who is in charge and presuade the lab's manager to let he use computer in advance. After all, solving problem is the first thing he should worry about.

2006年10月15日口语真题第2题 (106 word)

Attending small classes is much better than attending a large class in the following aspects. First of all, because there are so many students in a big class, it is hard for them to get the personal attention they need. Furthermore, when teaches in a small class, teacher can organize discussion more efficient and everybody will have the chance to present his/her opinion. Finally, since school’s lab is limited, small class can make all students manipulate equipment by their own instead of sharing with others. Through these, they can compete with other people for future career. Due to above statement, I strongly hold what my opinion.
