这个deadline就是8月30号？ 还是让我在11月10号以前寄今年8月30号以前的 last obtained degree 和 transcripts

我怎么感觉是09年的，如果指10年应该明确指出才对啊。。。关键是，要求的就是3年高等教育。。。还有，如果能到明年毕业，早错过SAi收材料的截止日期了吧。。。已经发邮件去SAI问了，还没回复,可能因为是周末
