过去几年升值，不代表以后也会升值；股票可以随时卖，房子不能，不能用来比较对生活质量的影响，两者完全不一样；除了股票房产，还有很多其他投资方式

1 false dilemma，凭啥只能在股票和房产里做投资？我两个都投行不或者投资黄金？
2 过去不代表现在。过去5年房产升值，我咋知道未来2年房产继续升值，说不定金融危机又来了，或者楼市崩盘？同理，股市跌了2年，未来可能大幅上涨。
