为什么这题要用句子，不用分词后置定语

答案是A，但是为什么不是c，我也觉得A很顺，可是一般可以用分词后置定语都可以优先于句子，是不是有if从句所以前面不能用动词引导？希望有一个可通用的规律或语法规则来说明。

如果经济增长速度达到甚至超过3个百分点，通胀就会发生。
umm...定语从句和分词不仅仅在简洁上有区别。
定语从句比分词更具体，更表达得清楚，分词的话有一种固有属性的含义在里面。
既然这里面都已经有if从句来表达一个具体情况发生时，通胀才会发生了，那么就应该用定语从句。

其实后面有从句的话，就要慎重考虑要有一个主句引导，那么就不能用分词了，因为这样就使从句成了前面句子的从句了，会引起歧义，我明白了。
