You have unique experience and graduated so many years ago. I think since international undergrads' GPA don't count towards the stats, this means you won't be a ranking liability. Your GMAT should balance out some of their fear that you can't handle the curriculum. Among the top 20, your background is probably not a good for for HBS/Stanford but schools like MIT, Northwestern, Duke, Cornell, UCLA might be interested. You have to make sure you understand WHY MBA and WHY that school and write essays that's unique and interesting. I wonder if you can try some of the EMBA programs since you have 10+ years of experience and the money to pay for everything. EMBAs care less about GPAs. Thanks for your sincere reply. Cos I've been working as a training provider in the education consulting industry these years with an exceptional and praiseworthy IT background, I'm keen on an eccentric dream that I can build up a brand new education service with IT tech involved. In my opinion, there's no real online or professional education service in China now. That's why I need a MBA training to find a new business perspective. And that explains why those B-school as MIT or Cornell is my best pitch.
