[求助]Alumni Interview Dress Code

Hi I just have a quick question with the dress code when interviewing with alumni. Business formal or Business causal?
It seems getting cold in my town, already snowed yesterday. So I am a little bit hesitate to wear a suit + skirt.

I guess it's ok to wear pants instead of skirt.

please disregard my logo as a boy. I am a girl actually. I am just not very sure. I will meet with the alumni in his office, sounds pretty causal, so I am not sure if I should appear that formal. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
