这个语法点终于被澄清了

A/E的"most scientists agree to be caused by.."本身就不好.  LZ可以查一下Longman字典.
C中的most scientists agree是限制性的插入短語, 所以沒有commas.  如果有commas, 那就變成a phenomenon that is caused by human beings's burning of fossil fuels.  意思上不太一樣.

这句recession后面如果加了that，后面的是同位语从句，而不是定语从句。所以一定要加that。
定语从句的话，基本上如果句子清晰的话，只要先行词在从句中做宾语，就可以省。
