Columbia Recommendation Question

"If you could change one thing about the applicant, what would it be?"

My manager is very nice and supports my decision of applying for an MBA, but he did not know what to write for this question. Obviously something bad would hurt my application.

Would anyone share some opinions?

one of my recommenders put 'NA' there, which pissed me off a bit... but in general, your recommender should write something that seems to be a weakness of yours under certain situations but can become a strength in others... and something that you've been trying to improve...  just my 2 cents...
