I encountered the same problem. I just called the admission officer, then was transferred to Csandra, IT engineer. Maybe she can help you. It seemed that Darden system recently is under innovation and subsequently does not work effeciently. If Darden friends here can voice out our concern in this regard, I will truly appreciate it. I am sure our problems are not alone in this case. Darden shall take some actions immediately before it is too late.My 2 cents.
