D.year toward the cost of higher education, instead of the $7 per year required previously  √
E.year as opposed to the $7 per year required previously for the cost of higher education 句意扭曲

同意，同时E的介词for错误， contribute只搭配to/toward
B的被动语态不好，变成了：前面是require them(students) to contribute 330 a year toward higher education, for which (education) was paid 7 per year 从句的主语前面是students后面成了education

但是which可以指代higher education，这样就没有重复意群的问题了啊

我记得Manhattan书里讲过有一个规律——
...........，which.............√
...........for/in/on (or其他介词）which.........√
............，for which........×

也就是说 介词+which/where/what...前面都不需要加逗号，在句中修饰关系和 逗号+which一样。
