 题目给出的答案是A. 个人觉得可以推出其他选项是错误的，但是A中的完成时态我还是无法理解。

首先，enter the America也是过去的动作啊，为什么要用现在完成时，难道有be thought of 后面跟完成时的搭配？

求各位NN能给小弟解决一下，十分感谢啊。

A的意思是这座桥是一直以来被人类认为进入美国的媒介，这个“thought”是指延续至今的动作，有一段时间的概念在里面都要用完成时。

一直被认为是延续至今的动作，所以是现在完成时啊~

have entered这里应该是单纯的表示过去吧, 因为用的是BE THOUGHT TO DO 没有办法用DID体现过去

我觉得这里用现在完成时是可以的。

因为现在完成时有两种主要用法：影响性用法和持续性用法。

这里用的就是影响性用法（现在之前已经发生过或完成的动作，但其结果和现在有联系），用现在完成时have first entered 表示enter影响一直持续到现在～～

另外，这个are在这里应该指的是现在人们被thought。。。吧？（突然间有点蒙。。。）
