Just finished the interview. By Lawrence Murray. I have to say this is the most difficult of my past interviews. He spoke very quickly.
Q:
1. Why MBA.
2. What will your supervisor describe you if asked about impression to you?
3. Also, what is the weakness of you would your supervisor say?
4. What are the challenges you think when working with teams?
5. Do you have the experience that you took a project which you don't like? How do you face it?
6. How about your leadership experience?
7. What will your colleagues describe you as a leader?
8. When you are facing projects with same priority, what will you do? (I have no preparation for this one, and I think this is my worst one of all the questions)
9. What's your fun?
10. What's your plan during the first five years after graduation from Kelley? (This question was asked with a strange expression. I even didn't understand it at all at the begining)
11. Questions to him.
You should pay attention that many questions asked by Lawrence are changed by different expression. Listen to his questions concentratedly. Pay more attention to the team work and leadership. Maybe the questions will be selected according to the backgrounds of applicants. The aspects of you you emphasized in your essays or resume would stand more chances to be asked. Good luck to you all.
