1.its指代company's.
2.E里面(1)in both the short and long term修饰不清，也就是可能做定语，也可以做状语;(2)these products也无所指;(3)managers at a company不简洁。

另外有两点比较次要的：
1.ought to多用于比较客观的情况，如法律规定的。而should多用于主管判断时的情况，所以determine最好还是跟should搭配。
2.dedicate跟devote应该没什么区别，effort既可以被devote也可以被dedicate，见LDOCE解释：

to use all or most of your time, effort etc in order to do something or help someone
= dedicate
devote your time/energy/attention etc to sth
　He wanted to devote his energies to writing films.
devote yourself to sth
　She devoted herself full-time to her growing business.
