听说这家很重视分数，是不是即使面试表现很好，也会因为ibt分数没竞争力而影响拿奖学金？

For both Full-time MBA programs, we are looking for candidates:

• From all backgrounds and undergraduate disciplines to ensure a broad range of specializations and interests
• Who make a valuable contribution in the classroom, with demonstrated ability to excel, lead, learn and grow
• Who have a strong undergraduate academic record and post-undergraduate, full-time work experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
• With competitive scores on the GMAT and, for non-native English-speaking applicants, the TOEFL, Pearson Test of English (PTE), or IETLS
    
• With the ability to contribute both in and outside of the classroom

Just checked with Admission Office, IBT score is for them to filter candidates for interview. As long as you meet the requirement, it should be fine.They will evaluate your English communication ability via interview.

Interview is critical for your admission and scholarship.

(I guess you are talking about spoken part of IBT. My personal feeling is that you will need at least 20, but that's not offical response. If your whole package is shiny enough, ADCOM will certainly give you interview opportunity. Take full advantage of that opportunity to convince them. BTW, please be noted that Goizueta's admission process is rolling. You can schedule an interview before submitting the whole package, but you do need to present your resume and test scores. )
