哈哈，谢谢各位，突然懂了。现在才发现men用了复数，所以不是指William Lyon Mackenzie King,应该是指人类。所以我想bland和circumspect是形容词作名词，表示温和和细心的品格或特征，既人类温和细心的品格，这样在含义上就讲的通了~~~~~~是这样吧~~~
