Tell us about a time when you had to adapt by accepting/understanding the perspective of people different from yourself.

大家怎么理解这个问题？有没有好的例子借鉴一下？

Easy:  Do you eat spicy food?
          Do you have to drink a lot of liquor with clients?
          Do you have any ethical challenges and how did you adapt?

Key:  The story does not need to be glorious, just be yourself. Give them a vivid and live story. Don't fake it.

Did you work with people who thought differently from you? How did you manage to work well with them? Why did they think differently from you? How did you still manage to ensure success in the project?

PS. This doesn't mean that you should necessarily have persuaded them that you're right. Instead the key is understanding why they thought differently, and how you were able to react to that.
