答案选A。。我想问 。。be liable to 不是接不好的倾向吗？ 因此C选项不是符合这个要求而且can也优于be able to吗？？？？ 希望各位好心的大牛帮帮忙~~~

谁说can 优于be able to了啊？？？

can 表示可能性

be able to表示能力

一般原句的can是不要随便用be able to 替换的，反之也一样

c还有很多不对的地方啊，除了can 和be able to的区别，副词often放置的位置与原文不同也引起了歧义。

be severely disadvantaged 也感觉不太好~不如at disadvantage
