这个题对于C项的讨论一直没有定论，OG上的解释上说they既可能指states 也可能指Games。可是现实往往是（prep语法笔记也是明确这样说）当一个句子中出现两个以上的复数名词时,复数代词优先指代离它近的复数，这里的they很明显就是指代states啊，逻辑上也说得通，不会有什么歧义啊，是不是OG的说法错了？

XDF老师说过，代词优先指代前面出现的主语呢。所以我的理解是，能避免代词的用法就尽量避免，那种优先指代的说法其实都是很牵强的，关键还是看语境的

这个地方they确实有歧义的,games 和 states都说的通，没什么所谓的优先指代，逻辑没歧义是大原则

谢楼上的啦，我想了想也是这样。比如OG11 98题中C项的they指代clans和Anasazi都说的通，因此就产生了歧义。如果有一方说不通就不会产生歧义了。
