E没有歧义，young polio victims learning 是对应as part of。而且as part of 放在young polio victims learning 句子意思清楚啊。

我是思路是这样的: 原文的意思应该是想说young polio victims practice falling 是他们的therapy的一部分,而不是想说 young polio victims是他们的therapy的一部分,而A,B,E把as apart of 放young polio victims前面,相当于介词短语放句首,应该是优先修饰主语"young polio victims"呀.....所以我还是困惑中....我都糊涂了.....
