had没错的，这里不是过去完成时态的助动词而是have sth. done结构

我不知道楼主是不是想了解这个问题，但我不理解的是是句子之间的并列难道不需要连词？

是commissioned，had and set.    and就是连词吧。

B为什么错

因为B是一个完整句子了，他前面已经有个句子了，两个句子之间要有连词链接，或者分号而不是逗号
