I have another green question here if you don't mind. Hope I can "throw a brick to attract jade" :+)

The question is about the "Registrar Name" in the application. Sorry, I've left school for a long time.  Should I contact my university and find out who can be the person that HBS will collect official Transcript information? Or I just input university name and general phone number?

I believe similar questions have already been answered before, pls let me know if they are not clear.

To halcyondays:
I would not worry too much about the registrar information. Filling in school name and phone number should be fine. If you are admitted, HBS will ask for an official transcript from the school.

To flyauto2009:
I am not sure how you are going to submit your IEEE papers as part of the application. In addition, I would try to tell the story of innovation rather than show IEEE papers.
The profile of admitted students at HBS can be found on the school website. Whether HBS prefers young applicants is open to individual's interpretation and I certainly would not claim it as an admission policy.
Leadership can be demonstrated through various aspects of work and life, as long as you can connect the dots and tell a convincing story.

I have read the admission director's blog on Recommendation, but still want to have a try asking here about the strategy --

HBS的要求比较模糊，关于推荐信说Your three recommenders should be people who are able to relate specific and relevant details about your abilities and performance. 但并没如Stanford一样明确2个professional, 1个peer. 我可以找到3个从不同角度评论我的老板,也可以有比较好的peer recommendor. 请教HBS的3封应该怎么分配更好更有利呢？多谢

推荐人只要能够cover你想要表达的points，而且这些推荐内容能够complement你的essay内容就行了

To amyatcd,
There is no "magic formula" for recommendation allocation - you need to think about the rest of your application package and how you can use the recommendation letters to round up that package. Good luck!

请问：我看了推荐的clear admit关于essay的分析，第二个问题“2. Discuss how you have engaged with a community or organization.”还有一点小疑问，看分析里面说是可以写工作中的、或者课外的等等，但从题目上分析，是否写工作以外的故事是否是更好的呢？谢谢！
