直接申请，我觉得难，当然愿意自己出钱的话，那会好些

要先读个统计master可能会好些，不过之间又过了1到2年

u can try ACCT, just like "LiXue" mm in this forum, her background sounds like u. her undergraduate major is philosophy.

No math grade is OK, if u can show the committee ur  math ability. u may want to counsult "LiXue" mm

thanks everyone, I guess I only need to catch up with under math courses. I hv borrowed math books for econ under and see what I can do.......
I also know there is still a long way after I finish under math courses...............

Actually it may not be that hard. Many American students in Econ PhD programs have crappy quantitative skills.
Try to talk to some Econ professors. heihei.

个人觉得，你还是看看是不是真的喜欢经济学吧，其实想象和实际差很多的
还有拿到经济学的学位后打算做什么？也是需要考虑的
