也有，在UPTOWN哥大附近其实也有600左右的，有的是和别人SHARE一间房，但是条件你不能期待太多就是。

个人不喜欢110街到140街，特别是靠EAST的，黑人区，情况太糟。。。。这辈子都不想去第二次。

找房一定要先看照片，特别是房内，看外面没用的。有的房子外面看着还行，走进去你就没法看了。

i have a way, you can be a landlord. you rent out a apt and subrent out rooms, so you can pay very little for your room. it works.
