话说回来，如果你是从WL上下来的话，那更说明ibt的分数并不是很重要了。相信WL上比你ibt分高的人有许多。

呵呵，这个逻辑不严密啊。
waitlist只是说比直接录取的学生，招生委有些犹豫的地方。
犹豫的部分，可以是IBT，也可以是个人经历，也可以是工作背景。

First of all, as someone mentioned above, both are great schools. I believe that it is worthy to go to either one.

I have never been to Austin. But I heart it is a nice city(one of the best in Taxes) and you will be benefit by the alumni and school reputation.

But, if you are interested in working/living in east coast, Georgetown will be the choice. I love the location of the school and it is just such a nice place that I feel it would be great if I could spend couple of years living and studying there in my life.

First, I'd like to thank you all for your kind opinion sharing and precious advices!!   

I'll probably choose Georgetown for the scholarship and the great location although Austin is a better ranked school...
