realwpz, I hate to say it this way, but you are really misleading people. National ranking has nothing to do with master degree programs. Why WUSTL is good? It is because of its business school ranking and the name "Washington". When you go back to China, even people who have no idea what WUSTL is, they have heard of the name "Washington". It sounds much better than most of the other none-top schools like "drexel", "depaul" and "eastern michigan". And the location of WUSTL sucks, even you are the best school in the state it still does not give you much advantages.

I never said WUSTL has a very high business school ranking, it certainly can not be compared with MIT since M7 is M7. But a ranking of 22nd makes it the 2nd highest business school ranking school which offers MSF program.
In addition, there is no so called MSF finance ranking. I am not sure what you refer to. If you are talking about the finance ranking such as the one in US NEWS, it is just PHD research ranking. It is not that useful to look at if you are just doing a professional master degree.
