There exists hot dabate as to whether the individual worker or the goverment and the business should be responsible for certain service changes. The opinion stated above show a distinct favor for the individual worker to make adjustment to the variations. While as far as i am concerned, not only the worker but also the government and the entrepreneurs are compulsory to take some actions to solve the worker's unemployment.

First, it is admittable that the the workers themselves ought to be adaptable to the changes in the technologies and the demand for services. Since the technology increasingly advances, the operation of providing service will correspondingly increase the requirement for the workers to promote their efficiency and quality. If they cannot suit the requirement, then it cannot meet the basic principle a society needs to make achievement and progress. Thus, they will be automatically wiped out by the primary rule of the society's competition: the interior died and the superior survives.

Although workers are the primary part for this adjustment, the entrepreneus cannot excape their responsibility to aid the workers to improve their skills and knowledge. If their do not make any step forward to improve their employees' ability and skills, it is themselves to suffer from the high umemployment rate. Therefore, the corporations should establish some traing programs or provide oppotunitie for further promotion for those workers, making them more familiar with the variations occured in this advancement  and thus be more efficient in their performance.

Futhermore, the government must not ignore their capacity to affiliate this phenomenon. Because the workers and the business are just playing a small portion in the they lack the power  to make a whole and eminent promotion. However, the goverment has the macroscopic power of readjustment and control of the market and economy. For example, when China determines to establish openness policy and ready to face a reform in the social operation and industrialization, the goverment has advocated several programmes to send large amounts of workers for further study abroad to absorb the advanced technology and ideas,eventually pushing for the China's expanding development.

As the reasons mentioned above, the conclusion attributing all the endeavours of adapting to the innovation to the workers is an impractical suggestion. Since the goverment and the corporations are characteristic of certain feature that workers do not involve, they both should make a great contribution in assisting the individual workers to adjust to the advancement of technology and service damands.
