Edtorialist: News media rarely cover local politics thoroughly, and local political business is usually conducted secretively. 我觉得这道题是个FL, D是把充分条件" news media rarely cover local politics thoroughly" 取非了, 充分条件取非怎么能得到必要条件" reducing....elicit a positive official response" 也取非呢?

这个题目貌似不是FL吧，是一连串的因果关系吧。

“本地的新闻常常不能充分报道本地的政治，然后本地的政治也是常常很秘密的。这些因素加起来使得本地的政治家和他们的选民疏离了，从而使得选民的政治活动不能对政治家产生影响，从而导致民众更加不愿意参加政治活动。”

因果链归纳起来就是因为政治报道的不充分导所以民不参加政治活动。

因果加强，也就是说报道充分了，民众就能参加政治了。

D好像说的就是大概这个意思。

谢谢ＬＳ，　不过，这道题是inference题吧，怎么是加强题？认为是因果倒是有道理．不过还是不明白：（

不好意思，是我审题出了问题，以为是加强了。

其实呢，答案的口气也不是很肯定的，有一个at least,也就是说不报道导致不参加，不报道是不参加的一个原因。那不报道就是一个source of discouragement呀，那如果报道了，是不是把其中的一个source of discouragement给消除了呢。

你觉得呢？

从婉转的角度说,可以理解. 有个at least.    但是从因果的角度说, 好像逻辑不怎么成立呢. 由 (因->果)  推出 ( 无因无果) ?成立吗? 除非那个原因是唯一原因.

言下之意，解释实在是抽象，不好意思。

其实，我想说的是，LsatReason题干中的每一句话都是高度精炼而具有价值的。

虽然具体的结构、搭配千奇百怪，但相信如果你找到大前提、小前提、假设、推论、结论这些要素，其实题目都是很明了的。

本题虽然题干仅三句话，但前后有所侧重，找到以上逻辑推理元素，自然便知“言下之意”。

（说了半天可能都是大白话、废话，但不得不说，且Lsat题虽有很强的逻辑形式，但答题和思考是不拘于形的，很多时候大家做题还是太走套路，找到题目的“言下之意”会“事半功倍”）
