关于作文中时态的请教

作文中，是不是最好全部都用一般现在时啊~~

看见模板中有的是一般现在时和现在完成时一起用，比如~Additionally, the argument has also committed a false analogy fallacy. ~~~~~Last but not least,the argument suffers ‘either-or’ reasoning.

请问这是可以的吗？怎么统一时态更好了？
