中文解釋起來就是某個1933年通過的法律使得某件事(it)是犯法的，這件事就是攜帶金塊或金幣(that a United States citizen hold ....)

D錯在because of 後面只能接名詞，但是後面卻接了一個句子。

应该是A吧。因为法律的作用含有“一直”的意思，所以应该用making啊！

A 中主语immigrants前有两个修饰结构, on account of 和making..., 造成修饰不清. 所以错误.

D 中passed in 1933和making... 修饰a law 的方式应该不合适吧. 是不是有官方说法?
