ask the acceptance rate of the wait listers in Columbia

one of my best friends just was informed by Columbia that she's on the waiting list. She is wondering the acceptance rate. Who has any idea about it? Thx a lot!

I think it depends on how hard you follow up with adcom.    Contact them frequently and convince them you will go if admitted. I also heard that an additional essay may help, but it may depend on the schools.

Drop by to their admission office and talk to adcom. That will definitely help.
