答案是B，我选了C。现在我知道C为啥错了，因为breakup不能into...，但是D怎么错了。。

这个题是选C啊，breakup into为什么不可以呢？BD的it都指代不清，而且被动语态也不够简洁。

对啊，我也觉得变成两个小公司的应该是大公司，而不是breakup，所以觉得C又不对了。。不过azhmm说得也有道理，BD的确有指代不清的问题耶。。。不知道it是指代breakup还是company
