any good preparatory program before phd?

I am new here. Please advise any master by research programme that provides a solid preparatory training for future PhD study.

thanks for your kind attention

my first degree is computer science, but my interest is in entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. i am still exploring different areas to confirm my area of interest, but just to keep the option open but limit to management only.

thanks for your advice.

however, i have no quantitative background. as a computer science student, majority of my curriculum focus on programming. in fact, i do not mind doing quantitative stuff, but just wonder any graduate school will prefer a student with a background like me.

i have just checked stern website. what a pity!

it says "This is a full-time, in-residence, non-degree program. Applicants must have a Bachelors degree and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to be eligible to apply."

i'm not a US citizen nor a permanent resident...

do you have any recommended programs(non-phd, non-bachelor, maybe master in those fields?) in those areas?

我觉得最好的Pre program，就是真正的PhD course读一年，拿高分。。。

呵呵，也想过自己开，苦于没有属意的点子，觉得实践归实践，知识归知识，还是要分开讨论。
