在AB之间犹豫，然后选了A。因为觉得AB差异不大，考虑到尽量不改原文重心（Women是主語），就选了A。

正确答案是B。

Prep解释说因为a trend是将要发生的，不能用placing（持续动作）。觉得有点牵强。

AB是否还有显著差异呢？不考虑trend的定語的话，women are expected...,  a trend...与the majority of...are expected to be, a trend...这两种表达方法是不是都没问题？因为理解trend是对前面整个fact的一个同位語，所以这两种表达觉着都一样。

同位语的结构要么是n. 要么是n. + that从句。没有n. + adj的形式

把CD上对该同位语的解释总结如下：
1、主句 be expected to ，同位语应该用will，而不用doing
2、同位语中的ultimately 最终的意思，表示一个结果，用动名词表重复动作不合适
3、动名词表重复行、多次性的动作；从句强调具体的、一次性的动作 - 白勇P115
