请问Rochester的 decision day及interview

我申请rochester feb 1st         网页上写的decision day是march 30th


但是他们回给我的exact decision day是feb 25


可是明天就到了     我还没接到interview通知     是表是被放在wait list或是直接被reject?


还是他们的decision day包括是否interview

emmmm, that's strange.     Feb. 15 is just the decision day for R1, how come Feb. 25 for R2?
