C被排除了，但是A\B\D\E四个选项我不认为有问题的。

答案解释说A不应该有should，但是以前学语法，这种虚拟语气should是可加可不加的，难道现在的语法开始讲不能用should了吗。

B和E答案解释说demanding/demanded it to的用法不对，it指代前面公司，为什么说这种用法不对呢？
