1。原句错在without sb's doing sth这种结构是错误的

2。错在前后时态不一致，不能又是was又是has been阿。

2.老师上课的时候也是说时态不对，那如果要用的话，改成什么就可以了呢？

我记得在ＯＧ上有个题，解释里面ＥＴＳ好象比较偏爱distinguishes between ....and ....而且their  being这种结构是不对的．ＸＤＦ说过：being 出现，９０％都是错的！！
