答案是A，我的问题是D错在哪里？是Approved... 与making...并列没有用and连接么？但是making引导的状语是对Approved...的修饰，相当结果状语啊。是不是错在把主要成分变成修饰成分？

如果说每个状语从句都像喘一口气的话， 主语绝对不会再喘两口气后才出现，像D选项。

也不会在主语和谓语之间用定语从句喘两口气，像B选项
