B选项，which前面有三个名词，river，cities，US， 哪一个都可以和  is no longer the focal point of urban life 搭配。

        所以不能从意思上 宽容WHICH的跳跃指代问题，   而且后面 应该接 RIVER IN SAN ANTONIO 才够对称
