HKU-FUDAN IMBA is a 2-year Part-time IMBA Program conducted by the University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Business and Economics and the School of Management at Fudan University in Shanghai.

香港大学-复旦大学工商管理（国际）硕士项目（以下简称IMBA项目）由香港大学经济及工商管理学院与复旦大学管理学院联合举办，旨在充分结合两校优势培养更具国际视野的优秀工商管理专才。

1. 1998年开办，暨首批获得国务院学位办批准的内地高校与港澳台地区高校合作的MBA学位教育项目。
2. 2001年在国务院学位办组织的“授予境外学位的合作办学项目评估”中成绩全优，获得一致好评
3. 2007年香港大学经济及工商管理学院在EIU全球最佳MBA学院排名中名列第37,是亚洲及澳大利亚地区唯一一所连续3年持续排名世界前50位的学院
4. 英语教学环境: 国际高水准全英文课本、案例和讲义，课程由具丰富教学与研究经验的港大、复旦教授平等承担

港大-复旦IMBA学生作为香港大学正式注册生，在复旦大学上课，学制两年，共需完成12门必修课以及6门选修课程，所有成绩合格将授予香港大学工商管理（国际）硕士学位。同时在读期间，项目为学生安排为期一周的赴港访问考察，参观、交流和考察一些香港知名企业及有影响的组织机构。

学生在读期间还有机会参与两院（香港大学经济及工商管理学院和复旦大学管理学院）与交流学校签订的交换计划，以及复旦大学管理学院开设的校企联合课程（比如复旦-花旗金融实务课程、复旦-渣打银行金融实务课程、复旦-易初莲花零售管理课程、复旦-英特尔技术创新联合课程）。
