本人申请TEMPLE大学,学校N久没有消息,本来已经不报希望了,以为默拒了.今天莫名奇妙的收到这封邮件.大家帮忙看下,是什么意思.

可是上了OWLNET查询application status还是没有decision啊

我问过了，学校说这封信是他们OIS给International applicant统一发的信。申请材料还在看，结果还没有出来。
