I agree with Wharton2009. Your short-term goal and long-term goal are not specific enough. Moreover, the connection between these two is not smooth. From your description, I assume you would like to take a role of general management after MBA to build concrete background to start-up your own entrepreneur, right? However, many B-school folks think general management and entrepreneur are conflict tracks, GM is low risk, low reward major, and EP is high risk, high reward major. So you may bring yourself trouble if you have mixed career goals. (I made the same mistake in the beginning, but learned this lesson from my friends).
I notice you have very decent GMAT, but your AWA is only 4.5. It will definitely hurt your chance at Wharton or any other M7 school. I think you need at least 5 to ensure the "equal opportunity". Don't worry too much about your GPA, it's only useful for people without advanced degree. I have much worse GPA than yours, :-), but the PhD degree and academic awards speak for my academic capability. :-).
