工作4年换了3家公司对申请的影响

既然已经这样了，楼主就想想怎么能很好的解释为什么换工作就行了，但是你最好在一个公司表现出明显的进步。。跟着老板走这个理由好像不是很STRONG。

it does not matter as long as ur choice is reasonable. If u still concern about this, u probably have not convince yourself. All u need is to be confident and tell people why.

You have touched your cereer roof, it's the right time to do MBA. Personally I don't think job hopping is a problem based on your discription, you are just find the way to move up in the career ladder.

Since I'm working at USA as a Product Manager, I can tell MBA is good for your career, but not a must, in order to be a GM.

BTW, working everyday until 9PM?! You need to learn work-life balance from American culture. Family time worth more than 300,000RMB.

Do appreciate your viewpoint, Seable! You are right! I do need to care more about my wife and parents. In order to get a rapid promotion in my career life and build my reputation in the industry, I paid too much for my job and too little for my family in the past years. I often feel guilty of this...

很多人都是一年一个工作啊，我都辞了3个工作了……嗬嗬

哈哈，和你的情况比较类似，现在辞职在家考GT,G已经考了，T要上106，难度超过自己的预想，所以还在准备。希望很快有个结果。

也准备今年下半年去试一下，试了如果挂掉也算死心了，如果中，那就赌一把。读MBA就像买股票，人家都跌死的时候，就是加仓的最佳时机吗。

趁早把G&T考了吧，晚上9点回家不算晚，何必要辞职去考试。这个版上在职准备熬到临晨3点的大有人在，如果再等两年你岁数大了就更熬不住了。

GMAT没有这么麻烦，特别像你公司还算是英语环境，背景也不错。我40天考完GT，成绩也还可以用，当然我是全职考，但觉得效率不
是太高，中间还走了一些弯路。我觉得你的英语基础应该比我好，先好好弄清楚怎么备考，再针对性的准备，三个多月在职考准备应该弄到一个可以用的成绩。

1.我觉得简历是你自己写的，具体你想怎么写都可以；你做business这么久，讲故事的能力还是有的吧；

2. 我觉得你把MBA看得太重了，很多话说得有点绝对；我周围相当一部分人都没有MBA degree, 一样在F500，或其他大公司做CXO, 年薪百万以上，年龄都在30-35之间，当然通常这样的人都去读EMBA了，在清华、中欧这种学校；

3. 如果lz真觉得读MBA这么对你有帮助，那也尽量不要辞职准备，因为这两年美国申请形势都不好，而且你英语基础不错，拼一下考上700就行了，没必要考到750，剩下的时间好好准备essay.
