今天主要还是听新东方的录音了，听力和阅读。看了两集空中英语（上次说的那个边听边写的还没有开始），还有就是张红岩的词以类记。听完了之后再开始做题！

今天晚上净听老罗语录了，欲罢不能！！ 其实听过好几遍了，再听还是和当初一样的乐趣！所以晚上就没有没有学习了~~~

白天还行，听那个阅读的录音感觉不错，能学到点东西，准备开始做点真题练练手了。

今天最不满意的是，又睡晚了，明天要开研讨会，明天上午又学不了习了。

今天学习上表现良好,遗憾的是没有锻炼身体。阅读听到句型的理解了，感觉很有用，以前看文章的时候对句子的成分和结构老是把握不好，不知道哪部分是修饰哪部分的，修饰部分到哪结束，现在总算是大致梳理了一遍。呵呵，学到东西了挺开心的，感觉就是T考不好，以后看英语文章什么的也会流畅准确很多。

下午写了篇作文，是英语老师让写的，说是响应党学习科学发展观的要求，topic是individual development and national development.花了两个小时才凑够300词，还有些参考了网上的。呵呵，其实吧，虽然可能写得不好，但感觉还是不错的，用了挺多我以前不常用的词，。呵呵，我把内容粘上来哈~~  题目是：a win-win situation

Individual development and national development interact each other all the time.It's obviously that a promising national development will provide much more opportunities and much brighter prospects for individual development.On the other hand,comprehensive individual development probably take national development into a whole new level.As they conflict each other sometimes,it seems necessary to clarify how to coordinate individual development and national development to obtain a win-win situation.

My representation will be divided into the following two parts. Firstly,individual should specify our nation’s goals and how individual development contributes to her achievement.In my opinion,it's important for each individual to understand our national overall goals and her development plans,especially if individual development seems very distant from those goals.Actually,if individual doesn't understand the national goals,how can he（or she） possibly work to help our nation  accomplish her development? What’s more,being able to demonstrate how individual development is helping the country achieve her mission also will be important.It’s easier to realize individual development and help our nation achieve her development if everybody in the country integrate into a unit and make a joint effort.

Secondly,each individual had better make an individual development  plan,then stick to it.Basically, this individual development plan are designed to make a positive contribution to the achievement of both personal and nation's development. So it should take both national development and individual career development into account. Individual should congnize himself(or herself) at the very beginning. He(or she) should clarify his(or her) original interests, capabilities, weakness, responsibilities, and life’s purposes.Then,he(or she) should make a sensible judgement about the whole  economic and political environment, definitely including the national development. As the  plan should strike a balance between individual career aspirations and nation's development, a positive compromise is produced. The last only thing important to do is sticking to it,working hard,and never giving up.

总体来说，今天的表现还是另自己满意的，就是啊没有听词以类记，本来昨天晚上预想今天听一个LIST的。先去洗漱，在11：40之前还是有可能完成这个小小任务的，呵呵。完成了就完美了，完美的一天！ 哈哈

今儿打了一个多小时乒乓球，没怎么出汗，食欲不振，其他计划是继续的。

感觉单词差不多了，想开始坐老托福真题了，主要是阅读，先练习做笔记，看得时候先不求速度和正确率，着重是提高自己的阅读能力，注意分析句子的结构。另外今天做了一套雅思题，老师让做的。

晚上自己煮了炸酱面，还是爱吃，想起原来和老大一起煮东西吃的光景，其实很怀恋很珍惜的，只是她不知道，而且我也不想刻意让她知道。感情这个东西，随缘。

今天61分。

气温骤变，听说昨天岛上下了一个多小时鹅毛大雪，桃花艳艳地开着，雪花纷纷扬扬的飘着，听说很美。应该很美的，就是离开了没有看到，只能在脑子里想了。

晚上还是继续听录音，是听力部分的。听完了，觉得应该终止现在这种比较闲适的心态（上面订的那个每天时间表我并没有严格的执行），还是应该紧张起来。下自习回来的时候，虽然很冷，依然在心底觉得，生活真美好！我对自己说：我要重整旗鼓，前进前进前进进！！

生活真的美好，有些可以追求的东西，也可以选择通过努力达到，让我们一起努力吧！
