关于申请Thunderbird相关问题的咨询

前段时间申请了几所学校，目前都还没有消息！无聊中准备再申请一所学校Thunderbird～～～

我正在准备Thunderbird的申请材料，关于这个学校ESSAY的准备，我觉得特别困惑！因为这个学校相对来说比较特殊，所以对于怎么回答好ESSAY的问题我很没有思路！希望CD上的大牛能提供一些帮助和指导！谢谢！

             因为我是一名大学英语老师，所以我希望你们能指导下Thunderbird MBA的 ESSAY写作（特别是下列的Essay C）

             1、ESSAY该从什么角度写？自己经历怎么融合进去？学校想要看到申请人什么方面的特质？

             2、是否一定要跟自己所从事的行业写，比如教育业？

PS：    Thunderbird的奖学金申请截止日期是什么时候，第二轮的截止日期是2009年2月底前，赶在第二轮能申请到奖学金吗？
